Level Switches
We have various type of Level Switches. Depending on the process medium (Clear Liquids, Viscous medium, Medium at high temperature, highly corrosive medium, medium containing solid or magnetic particles) and application details (Cryogenic application, tank with agitator, explosive area), we suggest the suitable type of Level Switch.
For clear liquids we have Magnetic Float operated Level Switches, PP Cable Float Level Switches, Conductivity Level Switches, vibrating Fork Level Switches etc.
For Dry and free flowing powder, granules, pallets etc we have Rotating Paddle Level Switches, Vibrating Fork Level Switches, Boot Diaphragm Level Switches etc.
For slurries and sticky mediums, we have RF Admittance Level Switch and Low Capacitance Level Switch.
For explosive areas, we have Exproof Level Switches and Flameproof Level Switches also.

A magnetic float moves up and down on stem immersed in a liquid. The float energizes the hermetically sealed sensors, which change from NO to NC otherwise as the float-passes them.

Works on Force Balance Principle. Displacer is suspended by a spring. When liquid level rises and covers the displacer, it becomes lighter and the spring relaxes. This causes a small upward movement of the rod assembly inside the casing which activates the magnetically operated micro switch.
